[01]Order statuses

What each status actually means

Courier status labels are written for warehouses, not for the person waiting at home. Here is the plain-language version.

  • Order received

The seller has booked your shipment and generated a label. The courier has not collected it yet.

    Step 1
  • Picked up

The courier executive has collected the parcel from the seller's warehouse and scanned it in.

    Step 2
  • In transit

Your parcel is moving between sorting hubs on its way to the destination city.

    Step 3
  • Reached destination

The parcel has arrived at the delivery hub serving your pincode and is queued for dispatch.

    Step 4
  • Out for delivery

A delivery executive has the parcel and is on the way to your address today.

  • Proactive WhatsApp and SMS updates at every milestone
  • Delivery window estimates, not just a vague transit status

Frequently Asked
Questions

What exactly is Growve?

A post-purchase operating system for Indian ecommerce brands. It sits on top of your store and courier accounts, decides which courier gets each order, chases failed deliveries, audits weight charges and reconciles COD — in one place your whole team works from.

Who is it for?

D2C and ecommerce brands shipping across India — especially where COD is a meaningful share of orders and RTOs quietly eat margin. It's built to work from a few hundred orders a month up to thousands a day.

Do I have to switch couriers or renegotiate rates?

No. Growve is built around the courier accounts and rates you already hold. It orchestrates on top — allocation, follow-ups, audits — without inserting itself into your freight billing.

How is this different from a shipping aggregator?

Aggregators resell courier capacity and typically price per shipment. Growve doesn't sell freight at all — it's software that makes your own courier mix perform better and proves it with per-order economics. Aggregators are a fine way to start shipping; Growve is for when the leak starts to matter.

What does it cost?

Early cohort brands use Growve free while we build alongside them. At launch, pricing will be a flat SaaS subscription — published openly, with no percentage of your shipping spend and no per-shipment cut.

How does onboarding actually work?

We start in observation mode: Growve connects read-only and replays your live orders, showing the allocation and NDR calls it would have made. When those calls look right to your team, you turn it on — lane by lane, at your pace.

Which platforms and couriers does it work with?

We're building against Shopify and WooCommerce first, alongside the national couriers Indian D2C brands already use — the set you saw further up the page. The early cohort's stack decides what we integrate next.

Is my order data safe?

Courier credentials and order data are encrypted in transit and at rest, access is scoped and logged, and your data is never sold or shared. Full security notes ship with the beta agreement, and we'll answer specifics before you connect anything.

Ready to plug the leak?

We're onboarding the first cohort of Indian D2C brands now — hands-on, and free while we build together.
